All Ferry Point offices and cabins benefit from access to mains water, electricity, broadband/WiFi, and refuse collection. Shared kitchen and toilet facilities are available in our main building, and additional container storage and allocated parking is available by agreement. Additional public parking is available on Ferry Lane, at Shepperton Lock, and on the Weybridge side of the river.
Furthermore, many of our existing tenants offer services that you may find useful – the Ferry Point is home to a coffee shop, gym, cycle repair shop, and pedestrian ferry to Weybridge.
The Ferry Point is located 3.5 miles from M25 junction 11, and around 20 minutes drive from Heathrow airport. Shepperton village is nearby, which offers amenities such as supermarkets, Post Office, pharmacies, and mainline railway station with a direct service to London Waterloo. There are pubs and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk on both banks of the river, and Weybridge and Walton High Streets offer a wide range of restaurants, shops and banks.
If you don’t require an office base, but need to store stock, materials, or equipment, or maybe you just have too many things getting under your feet at home, we offer secure container storage. With 24-hour access, they are available on short or long-term agreements at £237 per month (inc VAT).
